Thus, it is used as an auxiliary material in the construction of supporting structures. After completing a complex printing, the product should be immersed in ordinary water until the supports are completely removed.



The well-known HIPS plastic is harmless and environmentally friendly. It is used to produce food containers, toys, and the like. In 3D printing, the solubility of the HIPS material in D-limonene is used. Because of this, it is used as a printing material for supports in FDM 3D printers.
